Veronica is lovely, she listens to everything I explain and understands that I have had a bad experience before with botox and so was a bit nervous to begin with. She explains everything before the treatment. The room is lovely and bright and this is now the second time I have been for botox and have also had some filler, very happy with the experience.xx
